Charity Services - Compromise of claims by or against a charity


Under Section 22 of the Charities Act 1961 (as amended by Section 14 of the Charities Act 1973), and Section 82 of the Charities Act 2009 the Charities Regulator may sanction a compromise in relation to a claim made by or against a Charity.
