Requirements for making an application for the Opinion or Advice of the Authority

Under Section 21 of the Charities Act 1961 and Section 82 of the Charities Act 2009 the Charities Regulator may advise Trustees who have a difficulty in relation to the administration of a charitable trust or Executors experiencing difficulty in administrating a charitable devise or bequest under their control.
